Day 1: 08.05.2021  USA – Budapest

Arrival at Budapest. Transfer at the hotel. After we go to visit the most important tourist attractions in Pesta - The City Park, Heroes Square with the Millennium Monument and the Fine Arts Museum, Hunyad Castle, Zoo and St. Stephen's Basilica. During the cruise on the Danube, we will admire the unique panorama of the city, this is the reason why Budapest is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Hotel accommodation in Budapest and dinner.

 Day 2: 09.05.2021 Budapest - Timisoara

After breakfast we visit Buda Fortress: Mathias Rex Church, Fishermen's Bastion. Departure to Timisoara. Hotel accommodation and dinner.

 Day 3: 10.05.2021 Timisoara

Breakfast. Timisoara city tour: The first part of the day covers a walking tour through the former citadel area (2,5-3 hours). It is the place where renowned architects and craftsmen of the Habsburg Empire were sent to, in order to imprint the Viennese style of the eighteen hundreds, thus Timisoara became a smaller scaled reflexion of the Imperial Town. The afternoon is reserved for the visit of three other historic districts: Josefin, Elisabetin and Fabric, towards which bus transportation will be provided. The first two districts are mainly residential; whilst the later was the productive one: all the factories were located here. Nonetheless, the Traian Square located here has almost as many palaces and churches as the residential ones. Hotel accommodation and dinner.

 Day 4: 11.05.2021 Timisoara - Hunedoara’s castles - Timisoara

After breakfast, follows a visit to one of the most beautiful castles in Romania, Corvin Castle, built in 1446 at the orders of John Hunyadi. Hotel accommodation and dinner.

 Day 5: 12.05.2021 Timisoara – Belgrade – Timisoara

Breakfast. Departure from Timisoara to Belgrade. It is planned to visit the following destinations (by coach and pedestrian tour): The Belgrade Fortress (and the Kalemegdan Park) with a wonderful view of the Danube and the Sava River. The Square of the Republic, St. Sava's Church, King Aleksandar Boulevard. Yugoslavia Museum and Tito's Memorial in Dedinje - a quiet area with embassies, houses and many green spaces. Optional dinner with live music in Skadarlija - bohemian location where poets and artists spent their time at the end of 19th century and early 20th century. Back to Timisoara. Hotel accommodation and dinner.

 Day 6: 13.05.2021 Timisoara  

Free time, shopping. Hotel accommodation and dinner.

 Day 7: 14.05.2021 Timisoara – Alba Iulia – Sibiu

Breakfast. First stop in Alba Iulia. Places visited: Alba Iulia Citadel, Princely Palace, Batthyaneum Library, Apor Palace, Orthodox Cathedral of Reunification, Roman Catolic Cathedral, National Unification Museum. Hotel accommodation in Sibiu and dinner.

 Day 8: 15.05.2021 Sibiu – Sighisoara - Sibiu

Breakfast. Visit of following attractions in Sibiu: Council Tower, Evangelical Cathedral, Old fortress ruins, Stairs Passage, Brukenthal Museum, Liers Bridge, Astra Open - Air Museum, Steam Engine Museum. In afternoon we visit Sighisoara. Places visited: Sighisoara Citadel, The Clock Tower, Church of the Dominican Monastery, Church on the Hill, Citadel Towers, St. Joseph Church. Hotel accommodation in Sibiu and dinner.

 Day 9: 16.05.2021 Sibiu – Brasov (Poiana Brasov)– Sinaia

Breakfast. Places visited in Brasov: First Romanian School, Black Church, Rope Street, St. Nicholas Church, The Council Square, Catherine's Gate and Poiana Brasov. Hotel accommodation in Sinaia and dinner.

 Day 10: 17.05.2021 Sinaia

 Breakfast. Visit Sinaia and surrounding. Former residence of the kings of Romania, related to the royal houses of England, Greece, Yugoslavia, Germany (Prussia), Portugal and Russia in the nineteenth century, Sinaia was nicknamed the "Pearl of the Carpathians". The tourist attractions of Sinaia are numerous. Among them are: Sinaia Monastery, Peles Castle, Pelişor Museum, Bucegi Reserve, "George Enescu" Museum, Sinaia Casino, Royal Train Station. Hotel accommodation and dinner.

 Day 11: 18.05.2021 Sinaia – Bucegi Mountains – Sinaia

Breakfast. Visit in Bucegi Mountains: The Sphinx, the energy center of the Carpathian Mountains, Babele - "Cyclopean Altars of Caraiman" with access from Buşteni. The Cross from Caraiman, the world's tallest cross, raised at 2300 m altitude according to the Guinness Book of World Records in 2014. Hotel accommodation and dinner.

 Day 12: 19.05.2021 Sinaia – Rasnov – Bran – Sinaia

Breakfast. Visit the Bran Castle and the Rasnov Castle. Hotel accommodation and dinner.

 Day 13: 20.05.2021 Sinaia – Bucharest

Breakfast. Places visited: Revolution Square, Cretulescu Church, The Parliament Palace, The Military Club, The Arch of Triumph, Royal Palace. Hotel accommodation and dinner.

 Day 14: 21.05.2021 Bucharest

Breakfast. Half day visit to the museum and free time. Hotel accommodation and dinner.

 Day 15: 22.05.2021 Bucharest

Breakfast. Free time. Hotel accommodation and dinner.

Breakfast, airport transfer and departure. Hotel accommodation and dinner.
